Possible Grab List of Assange’s Belongings Found Outside Ecuadorian embassy in London

An anonymous Assange supporter found some interesting things in the trash outside of the Ecuadorian embassy in London this morning, including a possible grab list and several broken computer components. This only proves there is no chain of custody in the transfer of his possessions to the U.S. and also no court order. The treatment of his belongings is probably just a precursor to how he will be treated if extradited.

It has become obvious through the numerous human rights violations in this case that neither the U.K. nor the U.S. has any respect for any individual.

The Australian government still has not stepped in to protect their citizen which shows how much of an empire the United States have become. Assange only has us to protect him now. What have you done to save this hero?

Julian Assange’s Personal Possessions Have Been Seized BY Ecuador For the Purpose of Condemning Assange in the U.S.

Today, Ecuador removed Assange’s personal belongings to send them to the U.S. to use in his new grand jury indictment case. This includes personal items like his glasses, his defense files, his laptops, memory cards and clothes. The illegal seizure of these items was done with neither Assange’s lawyers present or the U.N. rapporteur who requested to be there. No legal authority can guarantee his computers, data, etc. have not been tampered with. This is completely illegal and is yet another violation of Assange’s rights.

According to abcnews:

It’s not known what devices authorities removed from the embassy or what information they contained. But authorities said they were acting on a request by the U.S. prosecutors, leading Assange’s defenders to claim that Ecuador has undermined the most basic principles of asylum while denying the secret-spiller’s right to prepare his defense.

“It’s disgraceful,” WikiLeaks’ editor in chief, Kristinn Hrafnsson, said in an interview with The Associated Press. “Ecuador granted him asylum because of the threat of extradition to the U.S. and now the same country, under new leadership, is actively collaborating with a criminal investigation against him.”

Asylum is legally supposed to protect one from the country that seeks to hurt you. Instead, under Lenin Moreno, his asylum was revoked, he was tortured, lied about and treated like a criminal in the last year he was there.

Hrafnsson, who has visited the Australian activist in jail, said Assange saw his eviction coming for weeks as relations with President Lenin Moreno’s government deteriorated, so he took great care to scrub computers and hard drives of any compromising material, including future planned leaks or internal communications with WikiLeaks collaborators.

Still, Hrafnsson said he fully expects Moreno or the Americans to claim revelations that don’t exist. He called Monday’s proceedings a “horse show” because no legal authority can guarantee Assange’s devices haven’t been tampered with, or the chain of custody unbroken, in the six weeks since his arrest.

“If anything surfaces, I can assure you it would’ve been planted,” he said. “Julian isn’t a novice when it comes to security and securing his information. We expected this to happen and protections have been in place for a very long time.”

Ecuadorian authorities said they will hand over any belongings not given to U.S. or Ecuadorian investigators to Assange’s lawyers, who weren’t invited to Monday’s inventory-taking. Hrafnsson said he didn’t have a full inventory of Assange’s devices.

The whole proceedings against Assange, including the reopened case in Sweden verifies the Stratfor email that Wikileaks published, seen below:

Assange was purchased from Ecuador to the tune of a 4.6 billion dollar IMF loan and several trade deals. Moreno sold his country for pices of silver in an epic act of treachery and betrayal much like Judas Iscariot. What he doesn’t realize is there are consequences to his kind of evil.

The real question though is how long before they come after us?

.

How Assange’s Treatment Affects You

Assange’s arrest and horrific human rights violations show there is no protection for the individual from corrupt governments. No one stands a chance against torture or abuse from the U.S. government and the U.K. Between the asylum precedent set, his isolation, lack of healthcare, torture and invasion of privacy, the U.S. has set a standard for the treatment of all of us.

They are attacking our free press and free speech rights, our rights to privacy and illegal search and seizure will soon become a norm. Rights as an asylee have been undermined and the very laws that the U.S. takes oaths to uphold are now null and void. We are all in trouble!

The United States have become the Big Brother of 1984 with it’s spying on citizens, interfering in foreign elections, wars for oil in the name of democracy and it’s social media censorship. Soon, the world will all see a lack of freedom and the inability to speak our mind.

What is being done to Assange can never be undone! We can’t give him back his health. We can’t give him back the years they have stolen. We can’t give him back what this has done to his children and family! It is an outrage against all of us!

If we stand up for his freedom and refuse to let him be prosecuted, we at least tell our governments no more! Stand up and fight before it’s too late!

Ecuador Will Be Removing Assange’s Belongings on Monday in an Epic Show of Submission to the U.S.

In an epic show of submission to the U.S., Ecuador will be illegally taking Assange’s belongings on Monday and turning them over to the U.S. to go through and use as evidence against Assange. The whole procedure has been nothing but a violation of human rights since March of 2018 when Assange was essentially silenced and put in solitary confinement for 8 months. This illegal search and seizure will not allow either Assange’s lawyers or a U.N. official to be present.

The whole procedure has resulted in Ecuador getting a 4.6 billion dollar IMF loan from the U.S. and new trade deals from the U.K. and the United States. Never has there been such an economical trade in order to destroy a journalist in history as what they are doing to silence this messenger.

According to the Sky News article seen here:

Two of Assange’s manuscripts are said to be among the items.

WikiLeaks, said: “On Monday Ecuador will perform a puppet show at the embassy of Ecuador in London for their masters in Washington, just in time to expand their extradition case before the UK deadline on 14 June.

“The Trump administration is inducing its allies to behave like it’s the Wild West.”

This truly is a disgusting display of government overreach, human rights infringement and privacy encroachment.

Julian Assange arrives at court

Also in Sky’s article:

“The Trump administration is inducing its allies to behave like it’s its allies to behave like it’s the Wild West.”

Baltasar Garzon, international legal co-ordinator for the defence of Assange and WikiLeaks, said: “It is extremely worrying that Ecuador has proceeded with the search and seizure of property, documents, information and other material belonging to the defence of Julian Assange, which Ecuador arbitrarily confiscated, so that these can be handed over to the the agent of political persecution against him, the United States.

“It is an unprecedented attack on the rights of the defence, freedom of expression and access to information exposing massive human rights abuses and corruption. We call on international protection institutions to intervene to put a stop to this persecution.”

It has become obvious it is up to the public to fight this corruptuon of law and tell our leaders no more. We need to raise our voices and scream it from the rooftops. If we allow Assange to be treated in such a vicious, deplorable manner, the next person could be a loved one or even you.

The Torture of A Journalist Julian Assange Continues

You may not understand why complete isolation or solitary confinement is considered torture. Some people actually enjoy solitude, right? There are good reasons that being confined to a small room without human interaction is possibly one of t5ge worst kinds of torture. Let me explain…

Solitary Confinement attacks the whole body not just the human psyche. I have discussed this before in several articles including “How Solitary Confinement Effects the Human Mind: The Plight of Assange” and Julian Assange and Chelsea Manning: The Effects of Solitary Confinement.

According to American Psychological Association article on solitary confinement:

Such long-term effects are common, Craig Haney, PhD said. “One of the very serious psychological consequences of solitary confinement is that it renders many people incapable of living anywhere else.” Then, when prisoners are released into cells or back into society, they are often overwhelmed with anxiety. “They actually get to the point where they become frightened of other human beings,” he said.

—Sadie Dingfelder

Some of the effects according to Wikipedia:

Self-harm is greatly increased among inmates who are in solitary confinement. It was seven times higher among the inmates as seven percent of the jail population was confined in isolation and fifty-three percent of all acts of self harm took place there. Self-harm included, but was not limited to cutting, banging heads, self-amputations of fingers and/or testicles.

Psychological effects can include anxiety, depression, anger, cognitive disturbances, perceptual distortions, obsessive thoughts, paranoia, and psychosis.”
After release from segregated housing, psychological effects have the ability to sabotage a prisoner’s potential to successfully return to the community and adjust back to ‘normal’ life.[55] The inmates are often startled easily, and avoid crowds and public places. They seek out confined small spaces because the public areas overwhelm their sensory stimulation.

In October 2011, UN Special Rapporteur on torture, Juan E. Méndez, told the General Assembly’s third committee, which deals with social, humanitarian, and cultural affairs, that the practice could amount to torture.[64]

“Considering the severe mental pain or suffering solitary confinement may cause, it can amount to torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment when used as a punishment, during pre-trial detention, indefinitely or for a prolonged period, for persons with mental disabilities or juveniles,” he warned.[64]

Solitary confinement has been reported to cause hypertension, headaches and migraines, profuse sweating, dizziness, and heart palpitations. Many inmates also experience extreme weight loss due to digestion complications and abdominal pain. Many of these symptoms are due to the intense anxiety and sensory deprivation.

Julian Assange spent 7 years in nearly complete isolation and sensory deprivation. 8 months of 2018 was spent with no phone, internet or visitors which is most definitely solitary confinement. It has had very detrimental effects on his mental and physical health.

Now, they have placed him in Belmarsh prison in complete isolation again. He has not committed a crime worthy of a high security prison, let alone solitary confinement. He is serving time for what the U.K. called a bail breach when he sought political asylum from Ecuador.

They are torturing a journalist for a crime he is not guilty of and for political reasons. Solitary Confinement is considered torture under the Mandela Act after 15 days. How much more torment can this man take? His health is already deteriorating at an alarming rate. He is mentally resilient but he is still a human being.

When will we hold the establishment responsible for it’s crimes and stop allowing them to punish those who expose their lawlessness? The arrest of Assange is reminiscent of Hitler’s NAZI Germany, not Western civilization today.

Going after a journalist for publishing is like hanging the journalist who wrote about Billy the Kid. Seriously folks, when did publishing criminal behavior become punishable by law? When did our governments become so corrupt that we can no longer hold them to account for their actions? When did we start punishing the accuser and protecting the accused?

Torture of any journalist who has not been proven guilty of anything but breaching bail is still against the law. It is still a cruel, vicious act by a crooked, rotten judicial system. It is still a deplorable act of 2 governments who are attempting to silence the truth.

This is not the Dark Ages. This is 2019 and there is no excuse for the breeches being committed against international law and human rights. If you think the torture of Assange is forgivable for any reason, you are part of the problem, not the solution.

Republican Justin Amash Calls for Trump Impeachment

After reading the redacted Mueller Report Justin Amash, a Republican from Michigan, is calling for Trump’s impeachment. Here is his statements from Twitter:

Here are my principal conclusions:
1. Attorney General Barr has deliberately misrepresented Mueller’s report.
2. President Trump has engaged in impeachable conduct.
3. Partisanship has eroded our system of checks and balances.
4. Few members of Congress have read the report.I offer these conclusions only after having read Mueller’s redacted report carefully and completely, having read or watched pertinent statements and testimony, and having discussed this matter with my staff, who thoroughly reviewed materials and provided me with further analysis. In comparing Barr’s principal conclusions, congressional testimony, and other statements to Mueller’s report, it is clear that Barr intended to mislead the public about Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s analysis and findings.Contrary to Barr’s portrayal, Mueller’s report reveals that President Trump engaged in specific actions and a pattern of behavior that meet the threshold for impeachment. In fact, Mueller’s report identifies multiple examples of conduct satisfying all the elements of obstruction of justice, and undoubtedly any person who is not the president of the United States would be indicted based on such evidence.Impeachment, which is a special form of indictment, does not even require probable cause that a crime (e.g., obstruction of justice) has been committed; it simply requires a finding that an official has engaged in careless, abusive, corrupt, or otherwise dishonorable conduct. While impeachment should be undertaken only in extraordinary circumstances, the risk we face in an environment of extreme partisanship is not that Congress will employ it as a remedy too often but rather that Congress will employ it so rarely that it cannot deter misconduct. Our system of checks and balances relies on each branch’s jealously guarding its powers and upholding its duties under our Constitution. When loyalty to a political party or to an individual trumps loyalty to the Constitution, the Rule of Law—the foundation of liberty—crumbles. We’ve witnessed members of Congress from both parties shift their views 180 degrees—on the importance of character, on the principles of obstruction of justice—depending on whether they’re discussing Bill Clinton or Donald Trump.Few members of Congress even read Mueller’s report; their minds were made up based on partisan affiliation—and it showed, with representatives and senators from both parties issuing definitive statements on the 448-page report’s conclusions within just hours of its release.America’s institutions depend on officials to uphold both the rules and spirit of our constitutional system even when to do so is personally inconvenient or yields a politically unfavorable outcome. Our Constitution is brilliant and awesome; it deserves a government to match it.

Thread can be found here.I agree with Justin on his priciples and ideas of holding government accountable according to the Constitution and on the checks and balances that each branch must uphold or keeping in check the other branches. By far our government often ignores this and does what it wants anyway, ignoring constitutional law in the process.Trump has already violated his oath to the Constitution in his disrespect and outright violation of the first amendment regarding Assange and has overstepped his boundaries by trying to start wars with Iran and Venezuela. It is Congress that can declare war not the President. By listening to deep state staff that he placed in his administration, he has risked many of our freedoms. Trump is a businessman not a politician and his understanding of the way his office works seems to be minimal. He does not own this country.

Julian Assange’s Extradition Is Wrong No Matter How You View It

Regardless of why you think the extradition of Assange should happen, it is still wrong. Even if you think, somehow, that they are bringing him here to testify, what they will do to him in the process is deplorable. His arrest and extradirion are based on lies and political motivation.

His imprisonment in the U.K. in a high securiry prison known as “Hellmarsh” and “Britain’s Gitmo” is against every human rights standard available. He is ill according to John Pilger who visited him in prison and tweeted about it and is not receiving the much need health care he needs.

I visited Julian #Assange in prison. He has been ill, but his courage is astonishing. He is locked up for up to 23 hours. Let no one doubt he is a political prisoner, fraudulent events in Sweden included. His crime is truthful journalism. Shame on those who feign otherwise.

~John Pilger

Add to the lack of health care the fact that he is in solitary confinement 23 hours a day and you see he is being tortured.

Not to mention the whole damn thing is politically motivated and not once has either Mueller or the Trump administration offered to have him testify. Even then, it his right not to do so by law.

Once he is in the U.S., the means in which they would extract information from Assange is torture plain and simple.

The fact that he is in jail at all is based on a political agenda to silence him and an attack on press freedom and free speech. By any law in the US or in the U.K. he is a journalist who exposed corruption and war crimes through the means of publication. He is only guilty of doing his job, creating new ways for journalists to protect their sources and inventing a better, modern way of publishing documents. He is also guilty of calling us to think for ourselves.

Meanwhile the brutality of the U.S. military complex in Iraq and Afghanistan goes unpunished and even celebrated by the elite. The U.S. government has not learned anything from their regime changes. Young men are still being sent overseas to meet their deaths. Chaos still ensues in these countries. They are still bombing and killing innocent people. Most of all, people like John Bolton are still calling for war in the name of democracy basing these calls on lies!

We cannot let a truthteller like Julian Assange be extradited to meet his demise. We must rise up and demand his freedom and proper health care for this man. We cannot allow them to slowly martyr him in prison. Please do not let this man die for telling us the truth! Fight for his life as if it is your own!

The War on Our Freedom Has Just Begun

While US military complex wages war on oil rich countries like Iran and Venezuela, the Trump administration continues its war on our freedom of press and free speech. Every day, we see more and more fascist actions by the likes of John Bolton and Mike Pompeo. It appears the man who promised to Make America Great Again was either buffaloing us or lying to himself. Even the best of us were deceived by this well dressed conman aka used car salesman.

As more of our freedoms and rights are violated through the arrest and unreal abuse of Assange and Manning, we are fed propaganda and garbage by the MSM to lead us all blindly over the edge. Instead of us uniting against the 1%, we argue and fight and declare sex strikes and call eachother names. All the while, the U.S. government is becoming a fascist state led by tyrranical bastards who want power and money. We are fools if we allow this to continue.

A precedent is being set right before your very eyes to remove our rights and people yell traitor and rapist rather than look at the politically motivated smear machine selling us garbage to martyr the truthtellers.

The U.S. military machine is the biggest, most expensive apparatus the world has ever seen and could easily be used to destroy it’s own people. Yet we stand back and let them use our tax dollars to keep making it larger. Why does the United States need to spend trillions on military unless it truly is looking to rule the world? NWO anyone?

Stop spending your life arguing about who is right the red or the blue and realize they divide us to conquer us. You want America Great Again? Fight for it TOGETHER! Stop arguing over stupid shit and unite against those who seek to destroy our freedom. Wake up America!

Chelsea Manning Back In Jail With UnPrecedented Fines

Once again, Chelsea Manning stood up for our free press and refused to testify in a new grand jury held against Assange today. This resulted in her being reincarcerated after only 7 days of freedom. In a move unprecedented in the past, Judge Anthony Trenga ordered she pay $500 dollars for every day after 30 days and $1,000 dollars for every day after 60 days in jail. Her response:

“I would rather starve to death than to change my opinion in this regard. And when I say that, I mean that quite literally.”

According to Sparrow Media:

In a sealed hearing, Judge Anthony Trenga heard arguments that this post-indictment subpoena should be quashed as an impermissible effort to compel Chelsea to participate in trial preparation, which is beyond the scope of the grand jury’s investigative function.

Judge Trenga also heard arguments on whether Chelsea was subject to unlawful electronic surveillance, ultimately declining either to demand from the government further assurances on the matter, or to quash the subpoena.

Prior to being held in contempt, Ms. Manning was heard in open court on her objections to the grand jury as a secret process that runs counter to her values.

Please help Chelsea with the ridiculous legal fees and fines placed on her by donating to Chelsea’s donation link

The Arrest of Vigilers At The Venezuelan Embassy in D.C. Is A Violation of International Law

It seems the current administration in the White House has no regards for laws set in place internationally as it once again violates it. First, by pressuring Ecuador into torturing an asylee and then evicting Assange they set an unlawful precedent against the protection of asylum. Now they have entered the Venezuelan Embassy in D.C. and arrested vigilers there who were protecting it from an illegal seizure.

Possible image of arrest

This act violates the Geneva Convention and shows that our government no longer respects any kind of law.

According to telesureenglish.net:

teleSUR reporter Jorge Gestoso on site outside the embassy says there are security service, federal agents and dozens of D.C. police officers heavily armed at the back entrance of the embassy. According to Gestoso the authorities dressed in military gear took up position in the embassy’s basement where there are no surveillance cameras. This allowed U.S. authorities to make the arrests out of the site of the public and the media.

International law expert, Jose Pertierra, speaking exclusively to teleSUR from Washington said this tactic of trying to remove the protectors via the basement by U.S. authorities is being done “in order to avoid a war of images where they can have police act without the public seeing them.”

Pertierra adds that this security force operation violates international law that prohibits a hosting nation from invading the sovereign territory of another country’s embassy.

The police had recently shut off power and water to the remaining activists in the building and were preventing food from getting to them. Activists have lost weight since occupying the building in mid-April.

According to the article on telesur:

Carlos Vecchio, appointed by self-declared interim president of Venezuela Juan Guaido as envoy leader to the U.S., ordered the electricity and water illegally turned off at the embassy over the past week.

Protectors inside the facility told Gestoso Wednesday afternoon they were in good spirits at that time and were trying to negotiate a peaceful deal with the Trump administration under Article 45 of the Vienna Convention that would allow the activists to hand over the embassy to a third party country.

According to Gestoso the protectors say they found a note telling them to leave the building on the main door of the embassy overnight and a lock there had been broken. The article 45 proposal was rejected roundly.

The question I raise is how many more human rights will the Trunp administration illegally violate? How many more laws will be broken? How many wars will be started? Is this the beginning of the end of our freedom? Wake up folks!
