A Desperate Call to Action to Free Assange

There is not a minute that goes by in my waking hours that I do not mourn the horrific rights violations of Julian Assange. Through isolation, limited access to friends and family and no possible way to defend himself, he is slowly deteriorating in prison. Though many of us fight hard daily, the powers that be are very strong. It is agony knowing his health is quickly diminishing in prison.

Unfortunately, the odds are against him and that is why we must spread the word and educate everyone around us. The U.S. is powerful and corrupt and run by an evil shadow government. By spending trillions on weapons of warfare, it is no longer a Republic but a military regime. An empire who allows the criminals to walk free or get off with just a slap on the hand and destroys the truthtellers that expose them.

While murderers and child molesters are sentenced to short terms, Assange faces 175 years for simply publishing the truth about U.S. war crimes. What kind of justice is that? The founding fathers must be rolling in their graves as the citizens of the U.S. stand back and allow tyranny to move in and destroy their rights. Everything the 13 colonies fought for is disintegrating.

The obvious bias in this case guarantees an unfair sentencing and possibly his death. Assange does not deserve to die in prison! He deserves awards and the Nobel Peace Prize. Most of all, he deserves to be with his family.

As a free people we must stand up to the obvious disregard for free press and our rights and demand Assange be freed. We cannot allow this travesty to continue but must end it and end it soon. This is a call to action, not just mumbling. We must unite as one and free Assange.

Writing Campaign And Example Letter to The Governor of Belmarsh Prison Regarding The Unfair Treatment of Julian Assange

It has come to light in the article by 21st Century Wire seen here, that it is necessary to start a writing campaign to Rob Davis OBE governor of Belmarsh Prison. The fact that Assange is being treated as though he is a dog who has bitten his owner is obvious in the abuse he is receiving. See below for example letter and addresses.

Dear Sir,

It has come to my attention that Julian Assange is being denied certain inalienable rights in your prison. Such rights include access to legal documents in order to fight in his defense, a laptop for the same purpose, access to the prison library and continuous access to his lawyers in order to prepare his defense.

This is not only a violation of due process but also an encroachment on his human rights. Even murderers get proper access to their lawyers.

Article 6.3 of the European Convention of Human Rights, which is of particular significance for prisoners (Assange clearly qualifies a political prisoner) and states that detainees must:

“… have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of their defence…”

The Council of Europe (CoE) has produced a definition of what this means in a guide on Article 6 of the ECHR:

  1. The “facilities” which everyone charged with a criminal offence should enjoy include the opportunity to acquaint himself, for the purposes of preparing his defence, with the results of investigations carried out throughout the proceedings.
  2. In order to facilitate the conduct of the defence, the accused must not be hindered in obtaining copies of relevant documents from the case file and compiling and using any notes taken

The CoE human rights guidelines have also set out in its European Prison Rules that:

23.6 Prisoners shall have access to, or be allowed to keep in their possession, documents relating to their legal proceedings.

Fair Trials, the global criminal justice watchdog, explains:

“A person facing criminal charges must have the time and facilities to prepare a defence. This right exists at all stages of the proceedings and encompasses the right to documents, files, and information as well as a guarantee of confidential communication with counsel.

Sir, please let this man keep his dignity and allow him his basic rights as an individual. Please allow him more visitors, time to prepare his defense and the adequate tools to do so. Take a moment to visit him as he is losing weight.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

When A Journalist Like Assange Is Villified and Tortured, We Have Returned To The Past

Assange isolated and torture in Belmarsh prison, treated worse than a criminal when he is a hero is an example of how far our society has fallen backward. The only thing missing is the Coliseum and quite frankly we have the equivalent on television, movies and video games. They are just not reality. Why must the world repeat history and it’s downfalls again and again? Do we never learn?

It really does seem that we are bound to repeat the same mistakes of our ancestors over and over. How many empires have had to be overthrown in history for doing exactly what we are repeating today?

Assange tried to change that. He was a revolutionary. He wanted to see good happen in the world instead of the constant evil. He exposed the corruption within and brought it into the light. For that, we owe him. We owe him his freedom. We need to give him back his life. We need the millions to stand strong together and tell our governments no more. No more rights violations. No more attacking us through a journalist. Free Assange!!!!

“Mobbing” Of Fellow Supporters is Psychological Torture

Definition of “mobbing”:

According to Wikipedia seen here.

Mobbing, as a sociological term, means bullying of an individual by a group, in any context, such as a family, peer group, school, workplace, neighborhood, community, or online.

When it occurs as physical and emotionalabuse in the workplace, such as ‘ganging up’ by co-workers, subordinates or superiors, to force someone out of the workplace through rumor, innuendo, intimidation, humiliation, discrediting, and isolation, it is also referred to as malicious, nonsexual, nonracial / racial, general harassment.[1]

When a group of advocates decide to “blacklist” an individual, block them on social media and attack their person to other supporters this is mobbing. Using terms like “We do not forgive, we do not forget,” really is a threat to that individual. Attacking them over time is cruel.

Julian Assange knows all about this psychological torture on a grander scale. He has been threatened, called names, falsely accused, mobbed and now incarcerated. He has been abused and tortured by his fellow journalists as well. So why do I bring him up in this article?

Well as a supporter of Assange, I have seen those who claim to be against this treatment do the same to people who are advocating as well. They make a mistake, or misunderstand something and Walla! Suddenly they are being attacked viciously. Here’s the problem with this.

Not everyone in this movement agrees politically or is as educated about his plight. Instead of attacking those who have come in late, we need to educate. Brutally attacking someone is hurtful and hateful. This does not help Assange but hinders the movement. It hurts him.

The big question I want to ask though is:

How does mobbing another supporter make us better than the very people trying to destroy Assange?

The Amazon Has Been on Fire For 3 Weeks: Where is MSM?

For 3 weeks one of the most important eco systems has been burning. The Amazon Rain Forest has brought us many cures and provides necessary oxygen to much of the world. So why are we not hearing about this from MSM? It appears politics are much more important to them than life itself.

According to the Express UK seen here :

According to National Institute for Space Research (INPE) satellite data, there has been an 84 percent increase from the same period in 2018. The space agency says they have detected more than 72,000 fires since January 2019. The data comes after President of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, fired the head of the agency over the controversy surrounding its deforestation data.

The fires can be seen from space and very few are covering this. It’s a sad day when our environment is casually being destroyed while our news agencies are too busy reporting on whether Trump is the anti-Christ.

Example Letter For Letter Campaign for Chelsea Manning To Judge Anthony Trenga

Your honor,

It has come to my attention that you have not only violated the Constitution by jailing Chelsea Manning in order to try to force her to testify against Assange but you have also put in place fines for her incarceration that are excessive.

By incarcerating Chelsea, after she already served and provided her evidence in her first trial, it is as though you are intending to try her again. Any evidence you need would be provided in the previous trial. To me, this looks like a case of double jeopardy.

Secondly, according to the 8th amendment:

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

The excessive fines you have imposed are very cruel punishment. She cannot afford these fines and she has already lost what little she had. I implore you to drop these fines. Is it not hard enough that she is being punished for standing up for principles and her rights as an American citizen? Is it not enough that while incarcerated for 7 years she was tortured? This appears to be about vengeance, nit upholding the law.

Do what you have vowed to do and uphold the law and the Constitution.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Address to contact Judge Anthony Trenga

John Pilger Interviewed by RT Speaks of Julian Assange’s Deteriorating Health

‘Julian Assange’s condition is…very dangerous, he’d lost more weight…he’s in a single cell, he told me that I see people walking by and I’d like to talk to them but I can’t’

“Category A prisoners, murderers, and others who have committed serious crimes are allowed to fraternize. Julian is not allowed to fraternize. He’s not even allowed to telephone his American lawyers and he’s facing extradition to the U.S. He is not allowed to prepare a defense.”

-John Pilger on Assange’s condition following his visit

See interview here.

Please keep in mind, Julian is serving a term in the U.K. for breaching bail which is not a serious Category A crime, yet his rights have been removed and they placed him in Belmarsh. Belmarsh is called “Britain’s Gitmo.” He is being treated worse than the worst criminals in there. It took them 2 months to let him see an optician and then one of the lenses was bad.

The U.K. judicial system and prison system is just as corrupt as the United States’. If Julian is left in prison for much longer, we will lose him, end of story.

We will lose this generation’s source of truth and we will lose our right to know. We will lose a hero. Do you really want his blood on your hands?

The Story of Prince Charming Gone Sour

Every little girl dreams of their Prince. Unfortunately, the virgin girls introduced to Prince Andrew weren’t getting what they expected. They were probably even excited! They got to meet a prince and if they were good and did what they were told they would be rewarded. Prince Charming just turned into a grim horror story instead of a fairytale.

Prince Andrew’s connection to Epstein may be why Epstein is dead, we will never know. However, we do know the Crown Royals want his name struck from the files on Epstein. We also know there are some permanently damaged girls out there whose fairytale went very sour.

Campaign to Write to Judge Arbuthnot Who Presides Over the U.K. Extradition of Assange

I am starting a writing campaign to flood Judge Emma Arbuthnot with letters why Assange should not be extradited. Below are a few examples of why he shouldn’t:

  • Recently the U.S. DOJ put back in place the death penalty which makes Assange’s extradition against U.K. law. As seen on wikipedia here. Under section 94 of theExtradition Act 2003, it is unlawful for an extradition of an individual to take place if the individual is accused of a capital crime, unless the Home Secretary has received assurances that the death penalty would not be applied in that case.
  • Extradition cannot be politically based. According to Just Security seen here:

Another defense available to Assange—and perhaps his most formidable one—will be to assert that he is being charged with a political offense. If that assertion is deemed correct, it could block his extradition, because, like many extradition agreements, the US-UK treaty forbids any transfer based on such charges. The categorical prohibition under Article 4 of the treaty could not be clearer: “Extradition shall not be granted if the offense for which extradition is requested is a political offense.”

But what is a political offense? Transgressions such as espionage, sedition, and treason are what are known as “pure” political offenses, including under UK law—that is to say, activities that directly target the state but that would not necessarily be criminal in other contexts. A related category, known as “relative” political offenses, covers common crimes that are incidental to purely political activities. Because various jurisdictions have interpreted the expansiveness of this political exception differently over time, a universal definition of a relative political offense is difficult to articulate, but the basic principle of the political exception in extradition has remained unchanged since its origins in the late nineteenth century. It states, in brief, that nations should not return political opponents to face prosecution for challenging the states that would sit in judgement of them.

  • A judge should take into consideration the reasons he sought asylum. Fear of torture and possible death.
  • His health is quickly deteriorating. He has no access to the internet or library to prepare a defense.

Assange’s Health is Quickly Deteriorating

In an interview yesterday with John Shipton (JulianAssange’s father) on @3CR (link to program here) reiterated the chilling message from @johnpilger about Assange’s failing health and urgency required by the Australian government to aid in his freedom. Shipton said Julian’s younger brother had been able to visit him in Belmarsh Prison and found Assange to be “emaciated, suffering anxiety and his well-being declining rapidly.”

Mr. Shipton also stated that the prison is purposely scheduling medical appts to shorten loved ones visits.

This breaks my heart but is an even bigger call to action for us to win this. We must daily call our elected officials, President Trump, the DOJ, Scott Morrison and Boris Johnson. Clog their mail with constant letters. Fill their voicemails. Send them hundreds of postcards demanding Assange’s freedom.

We must fight to free him and do it now before he dies in prison. Please help save this man! Fight!
